1. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your Connex subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged beyond that period.
• We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to non-compliance with our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity.


2. Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds for partial usage periods or unused subscription time.
• Any exceptions for refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of the billing date.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
