By accessing or using Connex, a SaaS-based CRM & ERP platform by Foxena Technologies Private Limited (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Connex provides a comprehensive suite of tools for CRM, ERP, team collaboration, customer engagement, and automation, targeted towards freelancers, agencies, and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement to use Connex. You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To use Connex, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Connex is offered under various pricing plans. Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal policies are described at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method as agreed upon subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary outages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support is available through our helpdesk, email, or phone during standard business hours. Extended support is available under premium plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may update or discontinue features without prior notice. Major changes will be communicated in advance via email or dashboard notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may terminate your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds are subject to our Cancellation\/Refund Policy. Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial usage periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxena will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Connex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxena and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All content, branding, logos, and technology used in Connex remain the intellectual property of Foxena Technologies Private Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Foxena regarding the use of Connex and supersede all prior agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
